Please check with your therapist as not all RENEWED therapists accept insurance.

If you would like to utilize out-of-network benefits (Superbill reimbursement plans) or the private pay option both are available, as well!

Sessions vary from 50 minutes up to 120 minutes. The length of your session will be based on availability, recommendation and level of support.

It is hard to put a timeframe on the length of time we will work together. Every person and situation is different and comes with their own unique circumstances. However, the ultimate goal is to help you come to a place where you do not need therapy and are capable to handle situations on your own. We will provide the tools and skills and you just need to provide the commitment to see this through.

Yes! We want this to be a good fit just as much as you! RENEWED provides a free 15 minute consultation phone or video call with your potential therapist. This allows you an opportunity to see if you connect, for the therapist to learn a little more about why you're wanting therapy, and to set up your first session (if you decide you'd like to move forward). If you do not think it is a good fit RENEWED will provide another therapist to meet with or other referrals outside of RENEWED. We believe this is sacred work and it's important to feel connected with the person who will be journeying alongside you.
