Sessions vary from 45-50 minutes up to 120 minutes. The length of your session will be based on availability and level of support.

It is hard to put a timeframe on the length of time we will work together. Every person and situation is different and comes with their own unique circumstances. However, the ultimate goal is to help you come to a place where you do not need therapy and are capable to handle situations on your own. I will provide the tools and skills and you just need to provide the commitment to see this through.

RENEWED is currently an out-of-network provider. If you’d like to use your “out-of-network benefits” we can provide a Superbill for you to submit to your insurance for reimbursement.

However, RENEWED is in the process of being approved by insurance companies to accept insurance benefits in the very near future! Stay tuned!

Therapy is a very vulnerable process. The goal of RENEWED is to provide you a safe, welcoming environment that allows you the ability to show up authentically. Our aim is for you to feel comfortable and accepted without shame or guilt while building the trust necessary to tap into vulnerability required to do the hard work. We want you to look forward to sessions (even when you know it's going to be a tough one) and will always try to make it as easy as possible to sit on our couch while we're a part of this chapter in your story.

Yes! We want this to be a good fit just as much as you! RENEWED provides a free 15 minute consultation phone or video call with your potential therapist. This allows you an opportunity to see if you connect, for the therapist to learn a little more about why you're wanting therapy, and to set up your first session (if you decide you'd like to move forward). If you do not think it is a good fit RENEWED will provide another therapist to meet with or other referrals outside of RENEWED. We believe this is sacred work and it's important to feel connected with the person who will be journeying alongside you.
