Do you ever feel overlooked, undervalued, or invisible? Are you carrying a burden that feels too heavy to bear? Maybe you feel stuck—like you’re treading water in a deep pool of anxiety or depression with no clear way out.
Life can take unexpected turns that lead to heartache, loneliness, and discouragement. Whether you’re a teenager fighting to make it through the school day or a mom feeling exhausted and burned out, the weight you carry can feel overwhelming and unshakable. But what if you could feel truly seen, heard, and understood? What if the burdens you carry could be gently unpacked over time—becoming less like a boulder on your back and more like a small pebble in your pocket? What if life could feel lighter, with more freedom and less of the anxiety, shame, and guilt that often hold us back?
My passion is helping clients rediscover their worth and identity while working through deep wounds, difficult family dynamics, and painful life experiences. Together, we can create space for healing so that each day begins to feel a little freer than the last.
I work with adolescents and young adults who are ready to break free from patterns of anxiety, shame, and guilt. My goal is to provide practical tools and meaningful support so that when life feels overwhelming, you have strategies to help you move forward with confidence and clarity.
For clients who desire it, I also offer faith-based counseling that integrates spirituality into the healing process, supporting emotional, mental, and spiritual wellbeing in a holistic way.
It would be an honor to be part of your story and to walk alongside you as you heal, grow, and move toward a more hopeful and fulfilling life.

Do you feel like something’s missing? Do you feel stuck, disconnected, or simply tired of pretending everything’s okay? Maybe you’ve been questioning your identity, your relationships, or your purpose. Maybe you're carrying more than you know how to process: anxiety, pressure, unmet expectations, or wounds from your past that won’t heal on their own.
What if you didn’t have to carry it all alone? What if you could feel steady, seen, and connected in your relationships and your everyday life? What if your story started to make sense, and you felt the freedom to show up as your whole, honest self?
My passion is helping clients understand their stories, work through the impact of early childhood relationships, and experience more secure and authentic connections with others and themselves.
I work with all individuals who are seeking healing from perfectionism, shame, people-pleasing, anxiety, and disconnection.
If you're longing for change or just a place to be fully seen, come as you are, with your questions, doubts, fears, and mess, and we’ll walk this journey together. Together, we’ll take steps toward the abundant life you were created for.

Do the demands, expectations, and uncertainty of life make you doubt yourself and leave you feeling anxious and depressed? Are you struggling with the weight of motherhood—feeling overwhelmed, unseen, or like you've lost yourself along the way? Do you wrestle with loneliness, even when you're surrounded by others?
